• From parents: Email address (for account creation and login)
• About the child: Nickname only (not full name) and birth year only (not full birthday)
• Gameplay data: Scores, time spent in each game, and educational progress
• We do NOT collect: Children's photos, location data, device identifiers, or any other personal data from children

2. How We Use Information

• Provide the service and operate educational games
• Show progress reports to parents
• Improve games and the educational experience
• Send important account-related notifications (to parents only)

3. Children's Privacy (COPPA / GDPR-K)

We are committed to protecting children's privacy in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and General Data Protection Regulation for children (GDPR-K):

• We do not collect personal data directly from children — only parents provide account information
• No behavioral advertising targeting children
• No analytics tools on child-facing pages
• We do not share children's data with any third party
• Parents can delete all data at any time from account settings

4. Data Storage & Security

• We use Cloudflare infrastructure to host our service
• All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
• Data is stored in a D1 database and is not shared with third parties
• We implement security best practices to protect your data

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following services, all of which operate only on parent-facing pages:

• Stripe — for payment processing (adults only)
• Google Analytics — for parent page usage analytics only (not active on child-facing pages)
• Microsoft Clarity — for understanding parent page user experience only (not active on child-facing pages)

6. Parent Rights

As a parent, you have the following rights:

• Access: View all your child's data at any time
• Export: Download a complete copy of all your data and your child's data
• Deletion: Permanently delete your account and all associated data
• Correction: Update or correct any information
